Qualifications

Must be 55+ years of age.

Your total annual income cannot exceed the income limits for King County as specified below:

  • Single occupant: $63,240
  • Double occupancy: $72,300

Must complete a rental application and pay a non-refundable application fee.

Consent to the Release of Information form.

Provide the following:

  • Copy of photo ID
  • Social Security Award Letter
  • At least six months of bank statements for all bank accounts
  • Documentation relating to all income sources and assets you own (stocks, bonds, real estate, etc.)
